International Mathematics is a challenging subject that covers a wide range of mathematical topics such as algebra, geometry, trigonometry, statistics, and calculus. It requires strong problem-solving skills, mathematical reasoning, and a solid foundation to prepare students for IBDP HL Mathematics and beyond.
  • English First Language: 75% of students attained A* & A grades, demonstrating proficiency in language and literature, a feat accomplished by only a select percentage of students worldwide. It gives a strong focus on improving students’ advanced language use, reading comprehension, speaking, listening and writing skills, get them ready for English A or B in the IBDP.
  • French: An impressive 80% of students excelled with A* & A grades, demonstrating fluency in the language and deep cultural appreciation. French is widely spoken in more than 30 countries and an official language of many international organisations (UN, EU, UNESCO, etc.). Studying French at IGCSE level not only enhances students’ linguistic abilities but also broaden their cultural awareness and global opportunities.
  • English Literature: A flawless performance as every student secured A* to C grades, highlighting a profound understanding of literary works. It provides students with the opportunity to gain further knowledge and understanding of international poetry, prose and drama, prepare them well for the advanced IBDP English A course, and beyond if they wish to pursue a career in literature.
  • Coordinated Science (Double-award): An exceptional 80% of students achieved A* to C grades, a noteworthy achievement in this rigorous subject, a rare offering with its double award status in the IGCSE curriculum.
