A wonderful day for our Renaissance community at our UN Day Celebration! The event started off with a colourful Flag Parade with all our nationalities and their national anthems present. It was followed by exciting performances and delicious international cuisines prepared by our parents and students! Our students then had a Global Goals project in class and a “Gallery Walk” around the school in the afternoon to enjoy the displays of their work.
This whole school event is organized annually to celebrate and appreciate our diversity, and to remind us that “We are all different, but we are also the same”. Our students grow up here understanding that they do not just belong to a city or to a country; they belong to a world.
