We were very fortunate to have a visit to our school by the Irish storyteller Mr Niall de Burca.
Niall spent two days here at Renaissance telling stories to our students aged 4 to 18.
He had us howling with laughter, emotional with empathy and compassion for characters, and scared out of our wits! Sometimes all in the same story!
The children have loved meeting Niall and hearing his stories and he has inspired a new generation of storytellers right here at Renaissance.
Niall has ignited a passion for reading and storytelling amongst our community which I know will continue long after the visit has finished.
