Governance

Renaissance is governed by a Board of Directors who are committed to the long-term development of the school in line with its vision, mission and core values. 

The role of the Board is as follows: 

• • To develop and review, in conjunction with key stakeholders, the school’s Guiding Statements- mission, vision and core values:
  • To determine the strategic direction of the school and review strategy on an ongoing basis;
  • To appoint, support and evaluate the Head of School and delegate to him / her the responsibility for the day to day running of the school:
  • To review and ratify policies and development plans and ensuring, at all times, compliance with local laws and regulations.; and
  • To be accountable for the financial well-being of the School, including capital assets and operating budgets.
