Residential school trips and outdoor learning are important areas of our Renaissance curriculum .  From hands-on learning workshops to memorable sightseeing tours, our residential school trips are designed to complement the content of the curriculum, to enhance learning opportunities and inspire through exploration, teamwork and fun.

Primary students generally will have, 2 to 3 day trips per year, depending on what is available locally to complement their units of inquiry.  Every effort is made to connect Secondary students with learning outside of school.

All students from Years 4 to 12 engage in residential trips, run by external providers in a safe and controlled manner, and structured to blend community activity with team work and Service Learning, whilst developing further existing friendships.  Year 3 engages in an overnight activity on the school premises.
