It was our pleasure to welcome Sarah Davis, Author/Illustrator and H’hen Niê, Miss Universe Vietnam to Renaissance on Wednesday 20th March. After spending time with students in class, there was a talk in the theatre, which some parents joined. Both Sarah and H’hen Niê are Ambassadors for Room to Read, a global non-profit focused on literacy and girl’s education. “Growing up as an ethnic minority in Vietnam, I have seen first-hand that education is the only way to break the cycle of poverty. I want children everywhere to flourish, dream big and have the resilience to overcome obstacles.” H’hen Niê – 2018
