We have been advised that schools in HCMC will be allowed to re-open, on a staggered basis, from 04 May 2020.
In relation to the specific arrangements, please note the following;

In facilitating the return to school, we are bound to follow government directives in relation to social distancing, entry onto the campus and health & safety procedures.
In that regard:
1. Entry into the pick-up area for parents will be restricted to a maximum of 20 people and parents will be asked to line up outside the school and follow social distancing norms until they can collect their child/ren.
2. From Monday 11 May, 2020 the school day will finish at 16:15 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and at 15:30 on a Friday but there will be a staggered release time for students.

3. We will be implementing a range of preventative health and safety measures including temperature checking every morning and once more during the school day, social distancing procedures and the creation of a specially designated quarantine room.
4. For those using school buses, students will have their temperature checked by the bus monitor and if they exhibit a fever will be either sent home with their parent/ guardian or taken to school and collected from there.
It is essential that parents and/ or guardians accompany all students who do not have parental permission to return home by themselves.
The bus coordinator will send the bus schedule to the parents in due course.
5. Entry onto the campus will be monitored in line with social distancing requirements.
6. Early Years and Year 1 students will eat in their classrooms whilst the Year 2 through Year 13 students will have use of the Cafeteria.
Please note that the ordering of food from outside is prohibited and, given the logistics surrounding numbers in the Cafeteria, the food options will more limited than normally.
The applicable Health & Safety requirements that will be enacted from 04 May 2020 and the school’s quarantine and Covid-19 preventative procedures have been attached for your reference.
