Professional Accomplishments: Examiner and Moderator for Edexcel, AQA & OCR in ICT & Business Subjects at GCSE. I have delivered training workshops for head teachers in the successful delivery of vocational subjects as well as consulting other schools on how to lead a successful Business & ICT department. Being curriculum co-ordinator for the Curriculum Access Programme and achieving the highest attainment in the school for this programme. Winning first place in the Young Enterprise competition with my students.
Description:In 2017-2018, I start my sixteenth year as a classroom teacher. Previous to Renaissance I have been teaching in two schools in County Durham leading the ICT & Business departments, alongside this I have been working as an independent education consultant with a student referral unit in Middles borough helping to shape their ICT curriculum at Key Stage 4. Before becoming a teacher, I was a Professional Soccer Coach working at such prestigious locations such as Harvard University & Dartmouth College, I have also been Chair and Founder of a Women & Girls Football Club.
