Currently pursuing a part-time Masters Degree in Education – University of Nottingham
Teaching Experience: I worked for four years as a Grade 1 lead teacher in Albania teaching the IB Primary Years Program. Before that, I worked at an international school in Costa Rica. I began my career as an English language teacher in France.
Professional Accomplishments: I was part of the first team to be granted PYP authorisation in Albania. I have completed training courses in curriculum implementation and inquiry. I have collaborated with colleagues to devise whole school policies on curriculum and assessment. I have lead co-curricular courses in creative writing and permaculture.
Description: As a teacher, one of my main priorities is creating a welcoming and collaborative classroom environment in which each student has the chance to flourish. I enjoy contributing in a positive way to the school community and engaging with new theories of education to improve my professional practice. I look forward to joining the active and vibrant school community at Renaissance
